Due
to the recent interest in family history, it has become necessary to require all
genealogy inquires to be submitted in writing to the cemetery. We have over
80,000 interments, so please be as specific as possible with your information.
It takes a great deal of time to research this information, and we must,
therefore, complete it as time permits.
We
charge a genealogy fee of $3.00 per name. The information we have is the
last place of residence, or place of death, date of interment, and possibly age
at time of death. Our records are taken from a county permit; we do not receive
a copy of the death certificate. This is the only information we have available.
Our records do not indicate relationship, maiden names, birth places, etc.
For that information you will need to write the county in which the person
passed on.

Fill the form out, and send it in with a check to Concordia Cemetery for the
appropriate amount, along with a stamped, self addressed envelope.
